This much-anticipated two-day event–the third annual Southeastern Summer Sacred Music Workshop–will be hosted by Saint Brigid Parish in beautiful Johns Creek, Georgia, on Friday, July 21, and Saturday, July 22, 2017.

Singers, organists, clergy, and laity alike will come from all over the Southeastern United States to learn and sing Gregorian chant and polyphonic music.

Participants will have the opportunity to join a chant group and motet ensemble of their choosing, from beginner to advanced.

Breakout courses will be offered on a variety of topics of interest to music directors, singers, organists, and clergy.

Dinner on Friday and lunch on Saturday are included in the tuition fee–$75 through July 14 and $100 as of July 15.

Organists have the opportunity to have a private lesson with Dr. Albert Ahlstrom, and singers can study with Maria McDaniel Willathgamuwa.

A panel discussion and Q & A session with faculty will be held during the catered luncheon on Saturday. The workshop will close on Saturday with a sung Mass at 5 p.m.
